Ingredients

  • Black wheat flour (2 cups)
  • Water (¾ cup)
  • Salt (½ tsp)
  • Ghee or oil (1 tsp)

Instructions

Mix flour, salt, and water into a soft dough

Rest for 15 mins

Divide and roll into thin circles

Cook on a hot tawa until brown spots appear on both sides
