Black wheat flour (2 cups)

Water (¾ cup)

Salt (½ tsp)

Ghee or oil (1 tsp)
Instructions

Mix flour, salt, and water into a soft dough

Rest for 15 mins

Divide and roll into thin circles

Cook on a hot tawa until brown spots appear on both sides

Apply ghee and serve hot
