Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return unless they are found to be defective.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including opened or partially used products (unless defective), sale items, and gift cards. As a food product, Black Wheat (Kala Gehun) must be unopened and in its original packaging to be eligible for return. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific order.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders Please note that Cash on Delivery orders (if available) are eligible for store credit or replacement only, and are not eligible for monetary refunds.
Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
