Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–3 business days at our farm. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Coverage We currently ship across India through our logistics partner. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Most pin codes: 4–7 business days after dispatch
- Remote or difficult-to-access areas: up to 10 business days

Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹999: Free shipping
- Orders below ₹999: A flat shipping fee applies (exact amount shown at checkout)
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address and phone number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at ssdhandain396@gmail.com with your order details and photos (if applicable).
