Stuffed Aloo Paratha

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Sunder Farms Black Wheat Flour
  • 2 large Potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Green Chili, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee or Oil for cooking

Instructions

Prepare the dough using black wheat flour, a pinch of salt, and water. Let it rest.

In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes with cumin, garam masala, chili, coriander, and salt.

Pinch off a ball of dough, flatten it slightly, and place a spoonful of potato filling in the center.

Seal the edges carefully and roll out gently, taking care not to let the filling spill out.

Cook on a hot tawa with a drizzle of ghee until both sides are golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or fresh butter.
